Our Culture

At Minnesota Canvas, the way we work together defines what we’re capable of achieving. Our culture is
carefully crafted—not just to support day-to-day operations but to fuel growth, foster innovation, and deliver
meaningful outcomes. By prioritizing shared values like fairness, collaboration, adaptability, and

Our Reach

Minnesota Canvas aims to help local communities all over, not just the Twin Cities.

Each week, our employees are presented with the opportunity to go on trips to cities around the Midwest,
leading their team as a mini-office, spreading awareness of these charities. Minnesota Canvas brings up
entrepreneurs, not just representatives, who learn accountability, conversations, discipline, and control over
their lives.

Among the cities we visit include Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud, Madison, Wisconsin Dells, Milwaukee, Green
Bay, Sioux Falls, Des Moines, and Omaha.
